Xceive Selected as “Best of the Best” by Readers of EE Times and eeProduct Center

XC4000 silicon television tuner takes top prize in RF and Microwave category.

Santa Clara, Calif. – October 11, 2007 – Xceive Corporation today announced that readers of EETimes and eeProduct Center named the company’s XC4000 series of integrated hybrid silicon tuners for terrestrial television and PC TVs as the “most technically significant” product in the RF and Microwave category. The XC4000 product series was recognized within the publications’ quarterly “Ultimate Products” readership survey, which identifies the best newly introduced products across seven categories.

Readers polled in the survey commented that Xceive “has a good product reputation” and that its XC4000 product line is “remarkable.” Readers also note that “the scan rate is impressive” and that “it will make multiple PIP a standard feature,” referring to Xceive’s ChannelVista™, a “virtual tuner” that enables a single Xceive tuner to offer multi-PIP capabilities. Without Xceive’s ChannelVista, this capability is only possible with a minimum of two tuners.
