Xceive’s Secures $10.5 Million in Funding

Company Completes Oversubscribed Series B Financing.

SANTA CLARA, Calif., January 27, 2004 – Xceive, a leading-edge developer of RF-to-baseband receiver ICs for TVs, cell phones, and other innovative mainstream consumer electronics devices, today announced that it raised $10.5 million in series B funding, led by BA Venture Partners. Other investors included The Ignite Group and a follow-on investment from Alliance Ventures. The current round of funding will be used to expand Xceive’s worldwide customer base, and achieve volume production.
