Xceive Products Announced at CES-Las Vegas Xceive announces the SN5000 at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2008. The SN5000 helps TV manufactures bridge the gap between yesterday’s CAN tuner architecture and tomorrow’s silicon-based TV tuner architecture. With plug-and-play physical compatibility with specific CAN tuners, the SN5000 offers all the benefits of the XC5000 silicon tuner to TV manufacturers who remain utilizing CAN module architecture. Xceive also announces a number of new customers who have selected the XC5000 and XC4000 for both PC and TV products. Now in volume production, these ICs are being relied upon for competitive television and PC applications. The first silicon tuners to be adopted by TV manufacturers, the XC5000 and XC4000, are today in products available now on retail shelves around the world.
